Our History

CSI 3000 was founded in 2010 with a commitment to become the leading Minority-Owned Concrete Contractor in the Chicago-land Region.  From inception, our focus has been entirely client based so as to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied from the estimation phase to the final project walk through. 

CSI 3000 is run by a team of highly skilled and trained professionals with various engineering, project management, estimating and trade backgrounds. Employing a staff with 15-40 years of experience CSI 3000 ensures total quality project management on each development.

CSI 3000 has a commitment to our clients and takes pride in understanding that each client and project is unique.  We center on the understanding of what it takes to finish each project on time and under budget by providing the best quality of work at our most reasonable prices to all of our clients. From creating an initial CPM schedule to final project close out, CSI 3000 is focused on being YOUR CONCRETE CONTRACTOR.
